The first day I walked into this class, I expected to be only taking photos. Little did I know that I would be learning the basics of photoshop, too. I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't too excited about the whole "learning photoshop" aspect, but I was definitely up for the challenge. I remember the first time we took the cameras out. I remember being really excited that I would be able to go out and take photos during class time so that the work wouldn't all have to be done at home. The first time the camera was in my hand, I had no idea how to work it. Now, I know how to adjust the settings. Here is an example of one of the first photos I took: I also remember the first time we opened photoshop. That was interesting. At first, I felt very unsure of my ability to edit my photos, but now, I feel confident in my basic editing abilities. Here is an example of a photoshop assignment I completed: I have definitely improved a lot in my photo-taking abilities. Below is an example of my worst photo that I turned in vs my best photo I turned in: Above, the first one was photo 2. I enjoyed this shoot, but was not super happy with the outcome of the photos. It has no editing. The second one was photo 7. I edited this photo in photoshop and was very happy with the outcome of the photos and also had a fun time shooting them.
